1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Victoria Kain trading as Strength & Simplicity ("we," "us," "our").
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. STRENGTH & SIMPLICITY APP/MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Free Trial

START STRONG includes a 14-day free trial period
-
No payment required during the trial period
-
You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge
-
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in monthly membership at £19.99/month
2.2 Monthly Membership

Monthly membership is billed at £19.99 per month
-
Billing occurs on the same date each month from your initial purchase
-
Membership continues until you cancel
-
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings
-
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
-
You will retain access to programs until the end of your paid period
2.3 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable

This includes monthly subscription fees and any promotional offers
-
Cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

If you experience technical issues preventing access to the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue
2.4 Access to Programs

You receive access to START STRONG and STRENGTH & SIMPLICITY programs as part of your membership

Programs are delivered via the Everfit app platform
-
You are responsible for maintaining your own app login credentials
-
Access is for personal use only and may not be shared
2.5 Content and Intellectual Property

All training programs, videos, guides, and materials are our intellectual property
-
You may not copy, distribute, share, or reproduce any content
-
Content is for your personal use only
3. 1:1 IN-PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING
3.1 Booking and Payment

Single Sessions:

Single sessions are £50 per session
-
Payment required at time of booking
-
Sessions must be booked in advance
​
8-Session Packages:
​
-
8-session packages are £400 (£50 per session)
-
Payment required in full at time of purchase
-
Payment plans may be available by arrangement - please enquire
3.2 Package Validity and Expiry
-
All session packages are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase
-
Unused sessions expire after 12 weeks with no refund or extension
-
Exceptions may be considered for extended illness or injury at the trainer's discretion
-
It is your responsibility to book and attend sessions within the validity period
3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
-
24-hour notice required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests
-
Notice must be given via phone, text, or email
-
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged at the full session rate (£50)
-
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at the full session rate (£50)
-
Sessions can be rescheduled within your package validity period subject to availability
-
Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

3.5 Location

Sessions take place at our private gym studio near Bishop's Stortford College

4. HYBRID TRAINING
4.1 Structure

Hybrid training combines in-person sessions with online programming
-
Frequency of in-person sessions is agreed upon booking
-
Online programming delivered via the Everfit app
4.2 What's Included

In-person coaching sessions (frequency as agreed)
-
Online programming for independent training days
-
Custom meal plans and nutrition guidance
-
Weekly accountability and check-ins via WhatsApp
-
Progress tracking
4.3 Payment and Cancellation

Pricing confirmed during consultation
-
24-hour cancellation policy applies to in-person sessions
-
Online programming access continues regardless of in-person session attendance
-
Package validity and expiry terms apply (12 weeks from purchase)
5. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
5.1 Health Disclosure

You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, or physical limitations before beginning training
-
You must inform us immediately if your health status changes
-
We reserve the right to request medical clearance from your GP before training
-
Training programs will be adapted to your individual needs and capabilities
5.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks
-
You participate in all training at your own risk
-
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse effects resulting from training
-
You are responsible for listening to your body and exercising within your capabilities
5.3 Insurance

Victoria Kain holds professional personal training insurance and public liability insurance
-
Insurance details available upon request
5.4 Emergencies

In the event of injury or medical emergency during a session, emergency services will be contacted

You consent to necessary emergency medical treatment
6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Information We Collect
We collect and store:

Contact information (name, email, phone number)

Health and fitness information (medical history, injuries, goals)

Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)

Progress data (measurements, weights, photos if provided)

7. WHATSAPP COMMUNITY
7.1 Community Guidelines

The WhatsApp community is for training questions, support, and sharing wins

Be respectful and supportive of other members

No spam, promotional content, or offensive material

We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines
7.2 Privacy

What is shared in the community should remain confidential
-
Do not share screenshots or information from the group externally
-
Respect other members' privacy
8. GENERAL TERMS
8.1 Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Existing members will be grandfathered at current rates for a reasonable period
8.2 Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

Significant changes will be communicated via email
8.3 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if you:
